Main Discipleship/Fellowship Ministries:
The Women of Faith Book Club Ministry.
Every first Saturday of each month from 3-5 pm at the Journey of Faith Church.
Book for the year: The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren.
Our mission is to create a welcoming community where individuals can deepen their faith, foster spiritual growth, and build meaningful connections through the power of literature. Through thoughtful discussions, prayer, and reflection, we seek to engage with books that inspire, challenge, and uplift our hearts and minds in alignment with God’s word. We are committed to creating a space where faith is nurtured, relationships are strengthened, and lives are transformed, as we explore God’s truth and His love together in the shared pursuit of wisdom and understanding.
Marriage Ministry
The JOFC Marriage Ministry aims to nurture marital relationships by providing couples with the tools and resources they need to thrive. The ministry focuses on identifying key strategies to achieve its objectives. These strategies include mentorship from experienced couples, addressing the needs of couples at various stages of their relationships, and fostering deeper connections, spiritual growth, and stability within the community. The JOFC Marriage Ministry offers educational and learning opportunities through workshops, classes, materials, guest speakers, retreats, and excursions.
Men's Ministry
The JOFC Men's Ministry is a faith-based community that systematically addresses individuals' unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This ministry encourages men to strive for their best, promote positive actions, and uphold godly conduct and behavior. Additionally, it aims to help men fulfill their responsibilities to their families, communities, and Christian ideals. The main objective is to create and nurture faithful disciples of Christ among the men of JOFC.
Seasoned Saints
The primary focus of the Seasoned Saints Ministry is to serve and meet the needs of senior adults. This is accomplished through monthly meetings and various activities throughout the year, including luncheons, events, occasional outings, and church programs. The ministry aims to disciple, support, and mentor youth and young adults, helping them build and nurture healthy friendships and relationships while connecting them with church and community resources. The JOFC values and welcomes the continued influence and support of the Senior Saints, recognizing them as living treasures deserving of respect and admiration.

Health & Welfare
The JOFC Health and Wellness Ministry's primary focus is to provide resources to improve our JOFC Family's overall health. By doing so, we can all better serve our Lord and Savior. We emphasize the importance of actively caring for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health and overall well-being through education, information, and support. This ministry promotes wellness by encouraging healthy eating habits, regular exercise, sufficient rest, routine checkups, and stress management.
